At Adrenalin Training, we do not believe that training is the be all and end all.  A great deal of time, work and money can be saved by ensuring that the services offered are the services required.  One of the most fundamental questions we would ask when discussing training with a new client is:
"What is is that you want to do that you're not doing now?"
In reality, there may be a much more effective and cost saving approach.  We may be able to offer a different course, or tailor one to meet your specific needs.
Our support service can be divided in to four parts:
Pre Training
Only a thorough assessment of your specific training needs will determine the type and style of training required.  Are the delegates based in one workplace, or do they move around?  What equpiment might they need to be trained on?  are there specific company policies that need to be incorporated into the training?  With this information our trainers can adapt their courses and talior them to your specific needs.  Our trainers are taught to look out for specific styles of learning, and will discuss this with you beforehand.
We also ensure our courses are as up to date as possible - sometimes including legislation or national issues only hours old (our Adult Protection course the morning after the BBC Panorama program on care involved some of the issues and examples shown in that program).  Only in this way can be keep our promise that training is relevant to your staff.
During the training
Our trainers will deliver training according to the needs of the delegates.  As all of our trainers are fully conversant with their subject matter they are quite happy to answer any questions and address any concerns that the delegates may have.  Should any issues arise that may have policy implications they will be referred to the leasd trainer for that subject to take up with you.
Post training
We always ask for feedback at the end of our courses - not just to meet our own rigourous course critiquing procedure, but also so we can provide you with feedback on the performance of your delegates.  If we have concerns about the level of uptake or questions over competency issues we will raise them with you as soon as possible after the course.  We feel this step is important to keep managers aware of any personnel or training issues.
Manager support
As a manager, your staff would expect you to be fully aware of any salient changes relevant to their work.  Even if you attend the courses on an annual basis your staff will undoubtedly be receiving new information on the interim courses.  As a registered user on this website you can log in at any time to check updates on all of our subjects and download course information.  You are always welcome to call or E-Mail us with specific queries within the subject areas.
